PAKISTAN CENTER FOR PHILANTHROPY- Program Analyst
Working as Program Analyst in the Certification unit performing evaluations for small, medium and large NGOs and INGOs with diverse portfolio in energy, economic growth, agriculture, governance, education and health. As Program analyst I lead the evaluation planning, including data collection and analysis plans; disseminating data collection tools; collecting and analyzing data; preparing findings, conclusions and recommendations; debriefing the PCP technical team.
Conduct detail evaluation of the NGOs for acquiring the PCP certification. The evaluation process encompasses detailed review of the programs, policies, regulatory obligations and audited accounts. The process is a combination of desk review and field evaluation.
USAID SMALL & MEDIUM ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY-Competitive Enhancement Specialist
Positioned as a women enterprise specialist and headed the responsibility for identifying and planning capacity building areas of the SMEs and execute trainings. Played a key role as a Sector Specialist and
directed women led enterprises across the seven sectors to design and implement comprehensive working strategy. Formulated business model with financials and technical analysis of women owned businesses to determine and address key factors affecting/contributing behind the low productivity and less profitability of women SMEs. Liaised with micro-finance institutions, incubation centers, chambers, TVETs and business communities for development of strategic partnerships, empowerment workshops and on-site trainings. Worked closely with the M&E team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation framework. My achievements were:

Senior Taining Officer
Led the inception, design, management, and implementation of the multi-dimensional Let Girls Learn-Pathways to Success (LGL-PTS) program in Pakistan. The program recruited and trained 3000 young girls from disadvantaged socio-economic areas of the country in entrepreneurship, Technical Education and Vocational Training (TVET), and life skills.
